Sebring Update (Hour 6) -- Flying Lizard 1 & 2 in GT2

March 15, 2008 -- Sebring, Florida -- The Lizards, currently in P 2 (No. 45), P 3 (No. 44) and P 13 (No. 46) in GT2, got off to a rough start in today's Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring.

With more than six hours still to go, Flying Lizard No. 45 and No. 44 Porsches move into P 1 and P2, respectively, in GT2 after a collision between the two GT2 leaders, No. 62 Risi Ferrari and the No. 87 Farnbacher Porsche took both cars out of the race. The No. 46 Porsche, still recovering from an early race accident which required an hour-long repair, is in P 11.

2008 will be the fifth consecutive ALMS season for the Sonoma, California-based GT2 team. Since its first year of competition in 2004, the team has finished in the top three in the ALMS GT2 team and drivers' championships, but has not yet won the GT2 title.
